Besides the whole delicious thing, it's also a pretty optimal option for everyday use because it has added calcium and vitamins (A, D, Riboflavin, B12) and includes 2% fat from rapeseed oil and oats. There's no added sugar whatsoever, just lovely natural sugars from oats. It also has a wonderful, gulp-able texture without stabilizers, gums or thickeners to ruin the vibe. And we've made sure the beta-glucans (big, scientific word for the soluble fiber in oats) in this one are strong and handsome.

When should you use it? Whenever you'd use old school milk from cows-in your coffee or tea, chilled in a glass, or in your recipes-in exactly the same amounts
